At Party Sparklers Direct, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 4 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays), are processed and shipped the same day. If an order is placed after the cutoff, it will ship on the next business day. Customized items may have longer processing times, and international shipping durations will vary based on destination and customs procedures.
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Please note, we do not process shipments on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
For precise package location inquiries, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your provided tracking number. Our team has access to the same tracking updates that are visible to you.

- UPS Ground: 1-7 business days (estimated).
- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days (guaranteed).
- UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days (guaranteed).
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed).
International Shipments:
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days (time spent at customs not included).

Returns and Refunds
At Party Sparklers Direct, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Authorization Required: Before returning any item, email us at info@partysparklersdirect.com with your order number and reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Authorization Number: Once approved, a return authorization number will be assigned to your order. This number must be included with your returned item.
Refund Policy:
- Items must be new, unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Non-Refundable Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
